Finding effective ways to motivate yourself is the key:
1. Set goals - write them down and display them around the house.
2. Raid your albums for motivating photos and stick them on your frideg - A photo of you crossing the line at a previous race stuck on the fridge, a photo of you at your goal weight, a medal you won hanging on your bedroom mirror – it may be the inspiration you need.
