Running has always been an important part of my life. I love the sense of community it brings as well as the physical and mental benefits. I have trained for marathons and triathlons for the last ten years and recently completed my bucket list goal of finishing a full Ironman.

I am passionate about working with clients to set ambitious goals and work through any challenges they may face. My favourite part of being a podiatrist is the satisfaction of seeing my clients achieve their goals, whether it be their first parkrun or waking up pain free.

  • Since welcoming my first child Louis, I have loved getting back into shorter runs and regaining my fitness. I enjoy the social aspect of going for a run and coffee with friends. I always look forward to taking my two dogs Bowie and Billie for a walk around the block.

  • I completed my Bachelor of Podiatry at QUT in 2017. Throughout my career I have worked in private practices working alongside physiotherapists treating lower limb injuries.

I have worked at a specialist running shoe store and love helping find the most suitable footwear for my clients. I have completed a Dry Needling and Foot Mobilisation course and use these techniques when required in my treatment regimes.
