We will confirm your appointment, via text or phone call, 2-3 days before you are due to come in. 

 

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

 

Once confirmed we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This enables us to offer your appointment to other patients on our waiting list. 

Cancellation can be made by

  • Phone call

  • Text message

  • Voicemail

  • Email

  • Message from our website

 

Cancellation fee


The full consultation fee, or $100 (which ever is less) is charged for late cancellations including: 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of confirmed appointment

  • Not attending confirmed appointment, or

  • Arriving too late for your podiatrist to see you

If a deposit was taken for your appointment (e.g. New Running Analysis) this will be taken as your cancellation fee.

 

If you arrive late for your appointment 

Please let us know if you are running late. Our Podiatrists often have patients booked back to back but will do their best to see you in the remaining time available. The full consultation fee is charged for patients who arrive late for their appointment. 

Deposits

A $100 deposit is taken before some Running Analysis appointments. This deposit is fully refunded if 24 hours notice is provided when cancelling or rescheduling the appointment.
