    We have a Running Analysis Centre at Foot Faults Mount Gravatt and Newmarket. Current clients include Olympic athletes and professional triathletes.

    Podiatrists have access to a full library of pre-written clinical note, letter and treatment plan templates.

    We are a fast-growing Brisbane Podiatry clinic passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

    We are looking for someone who shares our values to join our Client Experience team at our Newmarket clinic - helping to add that "wow" factor for our clients.

    Enthusiastic, organised and outgoing. Someone looking for a challenge, who wants to continue (or begin!) a career in medical admin and work in a rewarding and fun work environment. This is an opportunity to be part of a team which improves lives and helps people stay active!

    About the role

    This position is ideal for someone who would like to start a career in medical admin, or continue to gain experience in the field. You will be fully supported, and receive ongoing training by members of the senior admin team.

    Your day-to-day work will include:

    • Welcoming patients

    • Answering enquiries

    • Organising appointments

    • Taking and recording payments

    • Supporting the Podiatry team

    Skills and Experience

    Customer service background preferred.

    • Strong computer skills

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Experience in medical admin preferred, but not required.
